We keep refund rules simple. The policy below explains what happens if you pay for a Uraan service and later change your mind, or if work has not yet started.
The initial assessment is free, so there is no refund issue for that stage.
If you have paid for a service but no file work has begun yet, you may request a refund within a reasonable period and we will review it in good faith.
Once document review, writing, file structuring, or consultation work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable because the service has already been delivered in part.
Embassy fees, VFS charges, insurance, courier services, translation, and similar third-party charges are never refundable by Uraan.
If a mandatory law requires a different outcome, that law will apply. Otherwise, the written scope agreed with you controls the service.
If a file is only partly completed, we may offer a partial refund or service credit based on the stage of work already done. This is handled case by case so the decision stays fair and tied to the actual work performed.
Send your request through WhatsApp or the contact form and include your name, payment reference, and the service you purchased. We will review the request and reply as soon as practical during working hours.
