These terms explain how Uraan’s visa guidance service works, what we do and do not do, and the basic rules that apply when you use the website or ask us to help prepare your file.
Uraan provides guidance, document review, itinerary support, cover letter preparation, and filing assistance for visa applicants. We are not an embassy, government office, or law firm, and we do not control visa outcomes.
Visa decisions belong only to the relevant embassy, visa centre, or immigration authority. Any processing time mentioned on the site is an estimate only and can change without notice.
You must provide truthful information, original supporting documents where required, and complete answers to the questions asked during assessment and file preparation.
We will use reasonable care while reviewing your file, prepare the documents you have agreed to, and communicate clearly about the next step.
You remain responsible for embassy appointments, visa centre visits, travel insurance, courier fees, translation services, and any third-party requirements.
You may not use our service to submit false documents, hide material facts, or bypass any embassy or legal rule.
Any fee, scope, or turnaround time discussed with you should be confirmed before work starts. If we agree on a service package, the written scope or message history forms part of the service record. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will apply when published on the website.
Uraan is responsible for the care we take in preparing the service, but we are not responsible for embassy decisions, policy changes, appointment availability, system outages, or delays caused by third parties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts or competent forums in Islamabad will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
